We aim to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact. In case you don’t get satisfactory resolution of your query / complaint at the customer service centre you can get in touch with our nodal team at email@example.com with your complaint reference number and details of grievance.

If the resolution provided for the complaint is not satisfactory, then you may choose to file an Appeal with the appellate authority at firstname.lastname@example.org either directly to the Appellate Authority through email or post or in person, or through the Customer Care Number of the complaint centre.
The Appellate Authority will revert with resolution within 39 days from the date of filing the appeal.
